Vyse Jakkya

Vyse was found trapped and sleeping deep in an ice field in Northern Garlemald, where she was quickly brought in for testing and experimentation due to her unique appearance and situation of being found. It was quickly discovered she had a natural affinity towards ice magic. She would freeze anything she touched, had a body temperature well below freezing at all times, and would unconsciously imbue any attack with deadly cold. The Garleans, wanting to learn how to control her powers and use her as a weapon, added piercings to her body, which while greatly increased her ability to control her magic also had the side effect of spiking her libido to insane levels. After years of constant experimentation she was able to escape and fled to Gridania where she became an adventurer and swore she would never let the Garleans do to anyone else what they had done to her, however after just a few short months her inability to control her powers started to reappear. Desperate to find a more permanent solution, she scoured many an Allagan ruin, hoping to find a way to control her ice magic. No ruin held any secret for her and all hope seemed lost until she stumbled across the advanced people in Solution 9, seeing all the amazing things these people had created, she quickly started searching for someone who could help. She quickly found someone experienced in body modification and aethereal control, the modifications were painful and the recovery period took weeks, but the ears, tail, and jaw gave her full control over her ice magic.
